Wine and the Persian Princess so the story goes

Who could have ever imagined that a fruit would become such an icon for an endless variety of alcoholic beverages. We just take it for granted today. The discovery of wine goes back at least as far as 4000 BC. Spoiled grapes eaten, intoxicated a Persian Princess. It's said she tried to kill herself after she got on her dad's bad side. She ate the spoiled grapes thinking it will kill her, instead she got tipsy and real happy and all her worries went away. After that her dad and her were best buds again. This prompted the cultivation of spoiled grapes and of course "wine" had began. That's how the story goes anyway and I am sticking to it. It as sweet as ice wine! Please shop today and purchase an art print of one of my many watercolor and ink and modern mixed media grape wine paintings. Support the arts. Bacchus will be pleased. http://ginetteprints.com/art/wine+grapes #artprints #grapes #wine #art #bluegrapes #cognacgrapes #fineart #artpromotion #wine #redwine #chardonnay #icewine #trockenbeerauslese #burgundy #artist_ginette #ginettecallaway #ginettefineart #artcollecting #collectingart #canvasprints #giclee πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸŽ¨πŸ–ΌπŸ‡«πŸ‡·πŸ‡©πŸ‡ͺπŸ’°πŸŽπŸŒŽπŸŒžπŸ‡πŸ·πŸΎ
